hi! my name’s cam and i’m 16. im down to join any band who’ll take me! here’s some stuff about me. i love to play rhythm guitar and i enjoy all sorts and forms of music. i know mostly metallica haha. i’d be down to play either bass guitar or rhythm guitar in a band. i have not studied any musical theory but i believe to have a good understanding on how something should sound or if something sounds off. i would love to diversify myself in order to play almost anything but feel no want/need to as, at the moment, i feel a bit obsessed. metallica is my favorite band and i feel this sort of laziness whenever it comes to anything else. i really want to learn other songs/all kinds of scales, chords, etc. but i get such an amazing feeling from this band that i don’t really find anywhere else. but as said before i’d love to actually master the instrument (and i have the ability to know how and what to learn), i just really want to join a band first. i believe it would give me this encouragement i’ve been seeking, as i’m not very interested in just playing by myself. at my current level, i feel more adept playing songs with an easy difficulty, but played downpicking very fast. i wonder why? My goal in music at the moment is to grow with anyone or any group, for fun and to become better musicians.
