Band to Join, Bass Guitar, Drums, Keyboard, Lead Guitar, Piano, Rhythm Guitar, Vocalist.

Hey there! I've been playing guitar for 15 years, and it's about time I got out there and started playing live! I played in my church's band once a month for a few years, but that's about it. I've studied jazz theory for four years, so I really know a good variety of chords and scales, and I learn songs very fast. I love rock (generally all styles spanning from the mid sixties to mid eighties, especially prog rock and jam rock), jazz, R&B, soul, funk, as well as anything that's strange or fascinating. My solos are generally longer form and have an emphasis on rhythm, melody, and structure over technique. I love rhythm guitar and accompaniment just as much as lead playing, and have no problem with taking a back seat to another soloist, or even just doing rhythm guitar if another lead guitarist is more suited for the material. I have a basement with drums, bass, a keyboard, synth, and organ, and my guitars, perfect for jamming and practicing. I work hard, I'm punctual, and I'm itching to get out there and start playing, so let's jam sometime!
