We've been having a really great time finding ways that we can stretch ourselves and our imagination during this whole writing process. We're really happy with what's been coming in for us, creatively and otherwise, and feel like we're expanding the musical boundaries, for everyone, through our weird and sometimes touching juxtapositions of sounds.

We oftentimes trade off beatboxing, do several instrument changes, involving acoustic guitar, bass, banjo, keys, harmonica, using samples of various philosophers and other amazing people who we like that we got off the internet. We strive to create as much as possible with as little as possible, with the the tools on hand and with the hands that are available to use them. And it's been an extremely fun and deeply rewarding thing.

We've had several gigs so far with very positive responses. We are currently in the recording process and have very high-end recording equipment and all our own equipment for gigging. We had another member of our cohort recently, but they weren't as committed as we are, so we're on the search for someone who is, someone who can join us in this exciting project that we call Cape Curious.
