LOOKING FOR A JAZZ GROUP TO JOIN PREFERABLY.
Hi, im a colombian drummer and teacher in greensboro NC. I have played drums for over 15years now and i would be glad to find other musicians to play with. I can play from many latin rythms to complex jazz arrangements. I have played at church for many years, and played with several music bands and symphonic.

Influences

Early influenced by rock and punk in the 90s like green day, MCR, red hot chilli peppers, and more. Also, I learned since young age latin rythms from afrocuban music, brazilian music, colombian music. After, around year 2008 i entered the world of jazz listening to robert glasper the pianist and his influences from jdilla, RnB and hip hop music. The latest years i have been studying more complex music such as Tigran Hymasian music and snarky puppy.
My favorite artists are : jdilla, john mayer, fred hammond, israel houghton, Robert Glasper, foo fighters among others.
