I am working on my first solo album and putting a group together, starting with a lead player and a rythym player to learn my material, my brother is on bass and i play a bit of rythym guitar and write/sing the songs. Will tack on a drummer when i get started with a few good musicians. I am 32 years old been singing all my life starting to get my songs down and my little brother wrote many songs he left us when he passed away. Great material.. hard to explain type of music, but id say a cross between country and highway music mixed with a bit of everything else. I dont like to describe my music by genre, never know what to call it. you tell me, lol.. if you are looking to get into a band that is willing to work from the ground up then this is it. I dont really have time for someone that doesnt want to work. I want to make my songs come to life in a full band with our own style,, i have gotten a cd of my tunes into the hands of a famous person who is now a sort of friend of mine, and not sure what that will turn into but good points no matter what, lol.
