Had you played in a jazz band years ago and would like the opportunity to play in one again???
This may be the opportunity you have been looking for. A reputable organization is looking to start up a secondary jazz program based around those who have had musical experience (currently or in the past) and would like to get back into the swing of things. Currently, all spots are available (with the exception of upright bass and drums).
We are looking for: trumpets, saxes, trombones, drummer, jazz pianist, and a guitar.
There is a small monthly fee associated for this class ($11.50).
The vision of this group is built around enjoyment, education, tighter playing, and occasional performances.
Rehearsals take place Friday mornings from 9:30-11am in East Vancouver. If interested please respond back with your name, contact information and any questions you may have. We look forward to hearing from you.
