I am a worship leader of a church on the southwest side of Miami and have been here in Miami going on my seventh (7th) year.
I am at the point of shaking things up and really pulling together a group of gifted musicians and singers to take our worship experience to the next level.
I am looking for a few good people who will commit themselves to a year of helping me create an awesome worship experience that will usher in the presence of God.
It's simple, really. You just (1) need to have a personal relationship with God; (2) come to our rehearsals and services fully prepared musically (meaning, you need to listen to any demos, learn your part, and work on your craft), and finally, (3) you need to be ready and eager to Worship.
That's all I am asking and expecting.
I know there are some of you out there who are looking for more - and I get that. I am looking for more myself. You see, I was made to worship God, and I am looking for others who are like me. I desire excellence in musicianship.
