i've played music professionally and as a hobby for 25 years. I have young kids now and cannot commit to a busy band schedule. I write a lot of music. I have fronted most of the bands I've been in, generally singing and playing guitar. I have enough songs that I'd love to put out some singles and eventually record a record again. But this whole process could take years; no rush needed when you're doing it for the right reasons!

Influences
I should say "too many to mentio," but I skew towards loud rock and indie rock, including Hüsker Dü, Bob Mould, Superchunk, The Jam, The Who, Wipers, Sebadoh, etc. Usually fast-paced, very melodic stuff with memorable lyrics.
EQUIPMENT
I play Fender guitars through Orange and Vox amps. I don't really use many affects anymore. I like a loud gritty guitar sound, usually overdriven, but not into insane distortion. I like to find the dynamics in the volume knob on the guitar. I have a two-channel Fishman solo tower amp that we could use for vocals in rehearsal.
