My influences, simply put, are the music itself. Nothing can be better in the world other than Music. More or less, it's always the performance, that strives me to be better, and to never quit my notable talent of music.
Members Of Band
I myself, do not personally have a Band. But I do have Quartet: The names are, Gage Bourkland, Ethan Green, Andrew Durf, and me.
My Barbershop Chorus, Mountain Standard Time (MST), is directed by Spencer Esmond now. It was originally directed by Rich Lapp (Director of "The Boise Chordsmen"), and Sean Kane. We, a few months ago, headed to Reno, for the annual Midwinter performances held by The Barbershop Harmony Society.
Our equipment list for our Chorus, would simply be a stage, and a few microphones, with a good sound system. Although, we most the time ca go without any of that.
Now, for my Quartet (The Midtones), we would most likely need at the least, 1-2 Microphones.
Now for me personally, if I was asked for a gig, I need a months notice, and to be requested or Stand Up Bass, Bass Guitar (I'm not the best at that), and Piano. The things needed for my Stand up Bass, would be a mini Amp. For Piano, nothing really is needed. Bass Guitar, well that's self explanatory.
