Hi! My name is Charli and I've been writing music and singing for as long as I can remember. I started teaching myself guitar when I was 14, started saxophone around 13, and have been dabbling with other instruments (like piano and bass) in between. I have written and recorded a variety of genres, most falling under the "alternative" umbrella, but I've worked on hip-hop, ska, a cappella, musical theatre, and folk, to name a few. I primarily consider myself a vocalist. I'm an alto with an earthy tone and a strong belt - I've sung every genre under the sun, and have lately been exploring a more vintage style, a la Patsy Cline or Ella Fitzgerald.
