Originally from the Tidewater area of Virginia. I enjoy a variety of music styles,and am an "older" style of bass player, preferring to be a solid "groove player", with "pop & flash" as needed, ( I do not play "guitar" on bass, I am a Bassist). I have had the pleasure of playing and travelling, lived in Las Vegas for a couple of years, performed on cruise ships, in arenas, at festivals, bars, private parties, weddings, etc., etc. I do believe in "proper" rehearsals, for performances.

Influences
The 50's - current. James Jamerson, Carol Kaye, Paul McCartney, (early Chicago), with Peter Cetera on Bass, are a couple of the "named" Bass Players who have influenced me, and far to many others, "named" and "un-named", to even attempt to mention in this little space. In my opinion, a good song, is a good song. It's timeless. I enjoy a wide variety of music, and music stylist.

EQUIPMENT
A Fender customized 1973 Jazz Bass, (currently) a combo amp, to use as a monitor. Assorted other things you carry in a "gig" bag, and my own transportation,(a Chevy van), that is rigged for pulling a trailer.
