After 4 years as lead singer of PowerPlay! opening the stage for The Band Perry at Country USA, being selected to be the billed as the first Rock USA band, and rockin' out for Gin Blossoms, I took a hiatus for a couple of years. Now am itching to get back into the game!
I am a perfectionist who also recognize that the true essence of a tune needs the stage to make it's mark. I have a strong stage presence and sing with emotion. I would love to get into a duo/trio or work with a band that has excellent vocal ability.
I've been singing into my hairbrush since I was a wee one and have been gigging since I was 19. I have been known for my portrayal of songs by Heart, Benatar, Adele, Ronstadt, Journey, Joplin, Underwood, Raitt, Myles, Tunstil, Etherage, to name a few. I am up for any kind of genre except for 50's - 60's (unless it's the blues) and metal.
