ABOUT

My name is Chip Roberts, I'm a guitarist by trade and musician by passion. I've played guitar in bands since before I could drive ranging predominately in the hard rock and heavy metal genres.

I was co-songwriter and primary lyricist, as well as lead guitar and vocals for Axis of Symmetry from 2011-2016 before moving back to Seattle where I formed Perfect Zero as well as released my very first solo album, "Power Up!"

In 2017 I joined Seattle's premier Prince tribute, Princeology, as lead guitar and backing vocals. In fall 2019, I joined Groove Nation on guitar and had been playing with them along the Northwest casino circuit before things went into quarantine. My main passion project right now is Dual Analog, where I play guitar, sing lead vocals, program drum machines, and write keyboard and synthesizer lines.

Despite my penchant for heavy metal, I love funk, pop, New Wave, and dance music, so if your project falls under any of those categories, please don't hesitate to drop me a line.
