Playing guitar for 20 years, blues, southern rock, classic rock, heavy metal, alternative, punk. Still learning scales and modes, but I have a pretty good grasp on minor pentatonic rock and blues improv. I'm good with writing or co-writing riffs and solos. I can sing and play a couple of songs, but my voice is questionable at best.
Looking to learn and play full songs with a band. Jamming on our own stuff is cool too.
Some songs I can play: Born to be Wild, Purple Haze, Wind Cries Mary, Manic Depression, Hey Joe, Just What I Needed, Seek and Destroy, Rock n Roll Hoochie Koo, Sweet Home Alabama, Kryptonite, Back in Black.
Like to jam on 12 bar blues or any 1-4-5 riffs, and can solo pretty good over that stuff.
Looking to learn Blue Sky, Whipping Post, Jessica (Allman Bros.), and write original stuff.
This is just what I can remember right now. I can play some other stuff too, and I'm totally willing to learn whatever else anyone wants to play.
