Chris Major. Pop artist from Miami, Florida. A newcomer and one of todays brightest up and coming young stars. At 20 years old, his talent and skills are beyond his years. He is not only an artist, but also a dancer, an engineer and a vocal arranger. He does it all, by him self, in the studio. Chris Major, real name Christopher Moise, was born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti and raised in Miami, Florida. At the age of 14, his love for music began. He was intrigued by artists such as Usher, Michael Jackson, Brian McKnight, Ginuwine, and Boys II Men. From then, he enrolled in to Chorus class, for all four years of high school. His start in the industry came as the lead member/singer of the group "Xclusive". After the group went it's separate ways, Chris Major continued his career as a solo artist and was immediately noticed as a star. He has had numerous offers from different labels, and continues to focus his efforts on his career. “ I feel like I have a responsibility to the people who listen to me. I want to show them that I love what I do, and I put forth my best effort in everything I do”, says Chris Major. With this positive attitude and ability to push for excellence Chris Major is a name that the industry will come to know and respect for years to come.
