ABOUT

Hi, my name is Christian and I'm looking to form/join a project with some musicians that have similar musical goals. I'm not looking to tour but would like to play locally. I've been in some local gigging bands before as Lead Vocal and also on Bass. I've been playing guitar for the last couple of years and am looking for a spot as lead/rythym guitar, possible vocals. I am intereted in doing a multi genre project. Basically,I want to play some music that people can dance and party to but that is still original with some ocassional heavy parts for punctuation. If you check my influeces you wiil see where I'm coming from musically, if you hsven't heard them check them out on be. I have free time in the evenings and on the weekends. I also have time during the week to do my "Homework". I would LOVE to play in a band that has horns. If your interested in doing something groovy with just a touch of heavy hit me up whether your a band or musician at christiana.jensen . You can hear some recordings I did a while ago on under the band name Evil Schmevil, but realize that I want to do some thing completely different than those tunes. I play rythym in mostly a reggae,ska,funk,punk style and lead in mostly a blues,rock,metal style. I understand basic theory on guitar (playing in key/modes). I'm not interested in "Rasta" reggae bands though, I'm not dogmatic. Thanx for looking and have a nice day. :)
