This time, I will be famous for music. Who wants to join me?
Looking for talented, focused 20-30-somethings to start a rock/ hip-hop band with. I'd prefer to frontman w/ an electric guitar, but am willing to play drums if I find a talented front duo.
I'm a great rapper, so we’ll probably end up weaving some unifying Hip-Hop into our sound. I want to blur the line between Rock and Rap, not the way Linkin Park did it, but more the way Lil Wayne, Mos Def, Rage Against the Machine, or Gym Class Heroes have. Great rock music, with brilliant lyrics on top. We all see 21 Pilots capitalizing on this hole in the market. Let's do that, but with some actually knowledge behind the lyrics, shall we?
I can rap and play drums, but I would prefer to be able to be up front when I'm rapping, getting the crowd hyped. So any HIP-HOP DRUMMERS nearby, hit me up.
Multi-instrumentalists like me are a plus.
Must be interested in working to market and blow up our music on social media and through shows. No free rides here. You're defining your legacy, show a little enthusiasm!! Haha
Ideally, we click, hit it hard, and get geared up to start playing shows in a couple months. We will only be doing paid shows, and will be selling merch and albums, as well as access to paid online live streams of our shows. This money will be divided between the band, so I hope to keep the headcount to 3-4 members, ideally 3.
