Born and raised in Oregon, Played pro since 1970s, gigged and recorded in LA, a decade of close but no cigar. Currently live in Portland area. Singer/Songwriter, Guitarist, Recording Artist, Producer. Areas of music interest are varied, eclectic and as I've aged there are few limits of styles I will explore.

I am not interested in joining a band or playing covers. However, I am willing to consider getting together with individuals or bass player/drummer/keyboard/guitar player combinations to work out original songs and if this results in forming a band on certain terms then so be it. I am a "prolific" songwriter of many styles over many years and would like to either work up music with same or find accomplished players who are willing to join me and focus on my original material. On the other hand I have collaborated on song composition for decades and find that it can be a very rewarding process...

As for end game or gig possibilities the goal, if there is one, is to explore music for all ages (including tasteful Kids music and Christian themed originals).

*Drug and Alcohol recovery since 1993 for what it's worth I am a non smoker, family man and willing to incorporate these values in what I do musically. Not interested in working with people indulging in self destructive behavior.

Anything from pre-Beatles Top 40 through British Invasion as well as 1960s/70s/80s/90s/00s Americana and beyond; influences too far flung across the musical spectrum to enumerate. Garage, Folk, Country, Rock,Singer Songwriter, Pop, Classical, Jazz/Fusion, Alt, World/Ethnic, etc.
