ABOUT

I started singing professionally back at the end of 2014 after some successful contest awards. I'm told by everybody including judges that doing Sinatra songs I sound exactly like him. Though I do clasics of a few other singers, my comfort zone is doing Sinatra's songs, several dozen of them because I love the songwriters of previous eras. I do assisted living gigseach month and an occasional restaurant. See me at . and put in "Chris Corbin sings".

Influences

Frank Sinatra big time,, Michael Buble, and to a lesser degree Nat King Cole & Natalie as well as Ray Charles etc. I grew up playing trombone in the school orchestra and band so that broadened my taste to include Broadway music as well as Motown/R & B. Also grew up watching Andy Williams weekly as well as Perry Como.
