I have been playing the trombone since I was 15 years old... did the whole marching band thing, and even played in the Sequim City Orchestra, with a few stints playing in the pit for some plays. I just fell in love with music and learning more and more. Over the years I have learned new instruments and played with numerous types of musicians and settings. I originally only wanted to be good enough to play with my friends around the camp fire, but have now wanted to push myself to play bigger and bigger stages. I am ready to meet the right people and be super serious about a band and possible touring, even if around my local area of the PNW.

Influences
My friends and I started out playing Ska, Punk, Reggae, but my musical pursuits have lead me back through the ages to the roots music of world cultures. I love the blues and folk music, and have also been dubbed an honorary Irish soul for my love their music. Also, I have a boat and sail so sea shanties are a big part of my repertoire.

EQUIPMENT
I have a trombone, slide trumpet, guitar, a full set of harmonicas, violin, mandolin, my melodeon (squeezebox) and an alto sax....I will always be on the lookout for new and different instruments. As well as trying to make some.
