Guitarist/Songwriter, not looking to "join" a band, but rather to START a band. Only takes one other person to get the ball rolling on this, be they a drummer, bassist, or keyboardist.
I'm big on sharing digital musical resumés (i.e. , be, , etc.) before we meet up, to save everybody time and know that we're on a similar page musically. I already have many self-produced songs "released" across all streaming services, and many playthroughs of said music on my be. I would want to incorporate at least a select few of these already-written songs of mine, but would be very open to hearing a real professional bassists' take on the bass lines, a real professional drummer's take on the drum parts, and let them rewrite as they see fit.

I got a lot of positive feedback on my youtube when I uploaded a much cruder camera-audio recorded version of this a few years ago, and I myself absolutely loved it as well, so I figured why not release an updated version that's nicer on the ears? "Abundance of Harmony" - An Epic Guitar Looping (with the Gretsch G5622T)Check out the performance on my youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkJ-PWWBN-Y These harmonizing chord progressions and melodies show how is unique guitar handles chorus, delay, looping, and reverb through a crystal-clean amplifier setting. I am very thrilled with this clean tone I am able to produce... to me it sounds literally of crystals, it blows me away. I also must thank the Ernie Ball Expression Delay, MXR Analog Chorus, the TC Ditto Looper, and the plug-in from FabFilter called Pro-R - their PHENOMENAL reverb plugin. The strings are Ernie Ball "Classic Rock" Pure Nickel strings, so as to strike a reasonable balance between brightness and warmth. And the amplifier is a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier (surprisingly great clean channel) through a Friedman Brown Eye 4x12 Cab (with the Celestion Greenback speaker miked with a Shure SM57, ran through the tube preamp of the PreSonus "Studio Channel.") This main progression is from Future World Music's "New Beginnings." The progression they wrote is the one I play second, the progression which turns what I first play from single chords into harmonized chords. I simply created 3 other chord progressions to harmonize on the original chord progression and create this surreal atmosphere of ambient tranquility. The melody is also from that piece. A full guitar-focused cover of "New Beginnings" is very much in the works and should be up in no longer than two weeks. This is a single mono track. I've used a stereo-width enhancer to help it appear grander and more full in the stereo image.

For now, at least... I've got my Agile Guitars for all the high-gain riffage, and the main moderate-gain lead progression in the chorus. Then I've got my Gretsch Semi-hollow on cleans and all other moderate-gain. It's about time somebody introduced semi-hollow guitars into this genre!! They're magnificent. They would not be my ideal live primary guitar, but in the studio here they are just superior for clean tones, in my eyes... Mesa Boogie JP-2C with Orange 2x12 cab mic'd up with a Sennheiser e609 this time... i'm unShure wether to keep on with this one or to just stick with ol reliable ;) The Bass is the biggest improvement here, imo. Not so much in mixing, realized i still need A LOT more practice in mixing bass frequencies together, very tricky bidniss.... but moreso in the presence and performance. It's my Brice 7-string passive Bass. Cool this about this guy is it's holding up an F0! Yup. Very sub-hearing, but hey, i see it as an organic way to generate those deep DEEP sub-bass frequencies. The F0's fundamental resonance is about 17Hz. Which is badass. With guitar over it ,and the harmonic resonance of the note, it sits in a mix pretty decently. (Moreso if u got a sub, or some quality headphones ;) )! Stoked on this one, especially the acoustic outro! Enjoy :)

Check out the guitar playthru! ~ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LeVQCsnzkrU With Superior Drummer, the Roland JD-Xi, my Agile Guitars, and my faithful Mesa Amp and Orange Cab combo, this is my best mix yet -- clearly I have just begun! The biggest improvement on my next one will be the bass tone. On this track, because Guitar Center is taking FOREVER to get in the bass which i ordered, i had to record the "bass" with my 10-String Agile Pendulum guitar. It helps that it has a 30" scale and can hold an A0 with decent clarity. But that lower-cycle clarity and sustain just isn't there, as i'm sure you can tell. On top of that, i went direct with no preamp. But now I am the proud owner of a PreSonus Studio Channel - a great rack-mountable preamp/compressor/EQ all in one. And it's a TUBE preamp! Ax7's, i believe. So sit back and enjoy this proggy little wandering of mine ;)
