Solo drummer/percussionist seeking band to gig with. I'm a public school teacher and have time to practice and gig. I'm 55 years old and prefer older musicians. I have played with the Air Force Band while stationed in Keesler, Mississippi. I consider myself a technical drummer. I was weaned on marching bands and have played in many garage bands when I was younger. I am most drawn to jazz/rock/blues. I am more interested in finding the right musicians, I am flexible on finding the right music. When younger, I was always in a band of one type or another. I have rock/blues experience along with fusion and jazz experience. I'm easy to get along with and seek the same. I want to find a group of musicians that want to play out just for the fun of it! My dream gig is to play in a backup/house band for a regular open mic. If you are a solo musician with the same goals, or a band in search of a drummer, contact me for your next jam.
