Hi I am Tom Kocal, bassist of the Chicagoland rock band Chronic Edge, we have usually perform over 50 gigs a year including Summerfest, Arcada Theatre, and Hard Rock Cafe to name a few ( not this year despite the uncertainty of COVID) but currently I am seeking side projects to be fully committed with, all the way to touring status to better myself as a bassist/ musician, build more relationships across the industry, gain more exposure/ recognition, and increase my revenue..... I am a serious musician and would love to make music my main source of income as it is my passion! I will only consider joining your project if it’s all original music, and the band is at recording in the studio level status..... I also have expertise playing to a click track..... I just recently in the past month delved into some new styles lately, and started studying Funk/ R&B/ Soul bass, so I’d be happy to audition for any R&B/ Soul band that needs a bassist.
