Original Rock/Pop/Metal band from central CT ISO experienced, team player, dependable, guitarist with professional rig and chops needed to take serious project to the next level (backing vox a huge plus!).

We are a seasoned group of members performing commercial friendly rock music, and have been involved in many serious projects. Collectively, the band members have performed with National acts such as Three Days Grace, Taproot, Tantric, Vertical Horizon, Nonpoint, Halestorm, and have networks in place with many established local original bands, booking agencies, and agents.

This is a serious project with knowledge of the music industry and right contacts within reach to take things to the next level. We are looking for a committed member to this band, and will also receive contractual payments and royalties for applicable writing contributions. We have Pro-Tools HD system available for our demo recordings, sparing hefty recording costs.

What we are looking for ideally:

Age: Mid 20's to early/mid 30's

Gear: Tube amp preferred head with venue appropriate cabs (if equipment is sparse, we could work into venue payment agreement).

Experience: At least 3-5 years playing in a multimeter type setting, with confidence and proficiency of guitar. Willingness to try singing backing vocals is a huge plus.

Practice: Typically 2 times a week (1 writing session any day M-F and 1 all band practice Sat or Sun in Bristol CT (if no gigs scheduled).

Range: Versatility and willingness to play different types of music a MUST! Paid gigs in CT require cover songs, and we play cover songs that suit our original music as well as rock renditions of top 40 pop songs. Paid gigs pay YOU, and produce capital for needed band merchandise, marketing, etc... We play original songs along with the Cover songs at venues that support original music. We play original music for events, festivals, and venues, and this is the bands primary focus despite having a large cover song repertoire. Eventual goal is paid touring for Nationals playing only originals.

Commitment: Since gig's constantly come up last minute, if you are in another project, it may be difficult to plan accordingly. We are looking for a full time commitment to this project, not hired guns. If you are considering leaving a current project we will accommodate your privacy, but will require full commitment once mutual decision has been made.

Many new original songs have been written and we will be recording an EP this winter. We are very open and would prefer to have creative input and performance of YOU on the CD, so please contact a.s.a.p.!!! We highly respect each other, and are looking for somebody that will conform to a laid back, professional environment, with constructive input, and ability to easily communicate with others.
