I've been playing guitar for over 40 years and consider myself a high functioning amatuer. Also play a bit of keyboards, penny whistle and harmonica. I play by ear and pick up tunes very fast (one or two listens).
I also write songs as they pop out of my head from time to time. I enjoy writing in general, but especially like poetry.

EQUIPMENT
An old but sweet-sounding 6-string guitar, a penny whistle (D), a small dated keyboard, a Fostex MR-8 multi-track recorder, a scratchy and unremarkable voice ... and a very fertile and creative mind!
