SEEKING
Band to Join, Other, Keyboard, Bass Guitar, Vocalist.ABOUT
Back in New Orleans...looking for a band. I'm primarily a heavy rock drummer, but can handle pop, blues, funk, metal, classic rock, etc.
Prefer original music but will consider a cover band. I can't contact members since I do not have a premium account. So, get in touch if interested.

Influences
I prefer to discuss "influences" more in-depth than can be done here, so these drummers, I feel, have very different styles and I have taken/stolen something from all of them. Their respective bands/artists are all what I would consider pretty distinct from style to style, but all in the "rock" category:
Josh Freese, Dave Grohl, Bonham, Thomas Pridgen, Danny Carey, Bill Ward, Ringo, Tommy Lee, Lars Ulrich (older stuff), Dave Lombardo, Phillip "Fish" Fisher, Stewart Copeland, Mitch Mitchell, Matt Cameron, Ray Luzier, Vinnie Colaiuta (The Sting albums, not the fusion stuff), Brann Dailor, JJ Johnson, Jason Gerken, many more...
Instrument experience:
- Drums:
- Expert
- Background Singer:
- Moderate
EQUIPMENT
PDP 808 (Black Finish/Black Hardware):
10", 13", 16", 18", 24"
Pearl Masters Studio (Custom Grey Sparkle):
8', 10", 14", 16", 22"
Sabian Cymbals (AAX, AA, Paragon)
Also have Presonus Firepod, Mac, drum mics, a few condensers, etc All budget gear, but good enough for working out arrangements and above-average demos. I'm trying to progress as an engineer, but welcome anyone that can do better. Also have a Zoom H2 digital recorder which is great for recording rehearsals and shows.
I am a graphic designer by day. So, professional logos, fliers, websites, shirts, email newsletters, any other promo pieces are not issues we will need to worry about.
