Valid as of February 26, 2014. Looking for BASS Player. C.O. Jones is an alternative blues based rock band., We have fun playing together and we're also stable and all have day jobs. Doing interpretations of covers, as well as some originals, currently in the works.
Ideal candidate would be able to play a variety of blues and blues/rock structures with some funk mixed in. Should have the own equipment and transport. Ability to sing and or write music a huge plus. Must be laid back but willing to do a little work. Practices are once a week in Irvine (exactly halfway between Gainesville and Ocala off of I-75) where we have a full studio. We enjoy playing and are professionals, so check the drama at the door.
