I play to push the limit to my creative and technical capability on guitar and other instruments. I play pretty consistently and with great passion. I love using more uncommon techniques like tapping, harmonics, and thumping to create a unique sound, sort of a personality for my music. I know more theory than most the guitarists I’ve met, but by no means am I a theory god (I learned a lot a few years ago but haven’t been actively working on it a lot) I’m looking for pretty much anyone to play with, I’m experienced on the guitar, and am looking to learn and improve in this craft as much as I can, but I’ve mostly played for my own edification. I’ve played with bands in my past, but not recently, unfortunately.

Influences
Way more than I can consciously think of. Some of my favorite guitarists and bands are Manuel Gardner Fernandez of Unprocessed, Tim and Scott of Polyphia, Yvette Young of Covet, TTNG, Plini, Vitalism, Ando San, overall a lot of Midwest emo, math rock bands, and guitar-centric metal, prog, jazz, and fusion sounds. Love the ‘jazzier’ influences as well, and is something I’m working on developing even more. My play style varies, but a common theme is a darker and emotional feel through a sort of one-man-band style. Looking to expand my horizons too!

EQUIPMENT
Guitar ( 6 & 7 string), bass (4 string), keyboard, and a small variety of pedals. I’ve a supro statesman amp and an ampeg BA-115T bass amp. I primarily play a Schecter C-6 classic and a Kiesel 7 string. My bass is an Ibanez soundgear.
