I picked up my first guitar after hearing "Electric Ladyland" (Hendrix). I studied blues and rock for the first few years then got into Jam/Progressive which led me to focus on Jazz/Bluegrass/Country. I feel I'm a versatile player equally at home with lead or rythem playing. Though i have studied Jazz greats I would not call myself a Jazz player. Im more at home in the rock/blues sphere with Jazz flavor.
