I've been a performing bassist for the past 30 years in a variety of genres. I began my musical journey on the electric bass and quickly moved to the standup in high school. I completed my BA in music from UC Santa Cruz with a focus in jazz studies. Since that time, I have shifted my primary focus back to electric bass and have played in a wide variety of music styles. From jazz to classical, bluegrass, reggae, blues, hip-hop, R&B and various genres of rock. If you name it, there's a good chance I've played it.
