Country Cross is an energetic, family-friendly band with a modern country/pop/southern rock flare. Our busy season is from May to October, because we play fairs and country festivals, however, we are working to extend our seasonal work to become a band that plays year round. We will be building a set to play over the winter months that is more of a Contemporary Country Christian feel.

Country Cross is Charissa Mrowka's band that was built in the early Spring of 2012 to replace her original band Auburn Sky. Charissa (age 16) z has been opening for stars since the age of 8 including: Billy Ray Cyrus, Lonestar, Rodney Atkins, Billy Currington, Heidi Newfield, Danielle Peck, Oak Ridge Boys, Kellie Pickler, Honor Society, Mitchel Musso, Joe Diffie, Pat Green, Gretchen Wilson, etc.

During the summer of 2012, Charissa & Country Cross opened for Phil Vassar, LeAnn Rimes, Jerrod Niemann, and Hunter Hayes, as well as performed at several venues on Broadway in Nashville during CMA Music Fest.

We are predicting a VERY eventful 2013 season including CMA Fest, opening for several more major country stars, and a FORD sponsored tour during the month of July at multiple county fairs!

We are a NO NONSENSE band, looking to go all the way in the music industry. We are looking for members with a clean background and strong sense of moral code. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUG USE or ALCOHOL ABUSE!
