SEEKING
Band to Join.ABOUT
I’m a born and raised Chicagoan who moved to Tampa several years ago. I started a band with my college classmates many decades ago. We stayed together and played hundreds of gigs at festivals, high schools, colleges, bars, private parties and concerts all around the Midwest and beyond. We also wrote our own music, recorded and toured extensively in the early years. At the same time, I jobbed out playing lead, rhythm and bass with other bands in a variety of genres, including jazz, blues, southern rock, praise bands and acoustic groups. Since moving to Tampa I’ve also had opportunities to accompany singers in more of an easy listening or jazz style. I have a wide variety of guitars and basses, amplifiers and sound equipment so I’m ready for any opportunity to play.

EQUIPMENT
Guitars: Gibson, Fender, Gretsch, Rickenbacker, Hofner, Taylor and Eastman.
Amps: I prefer Fender, and when possible lean toward small amps. My main stage amps are a Twin Reverb and a Fender George Benson Hot Rod Deluxe.
Effects: I have a wide variety, but most often go to one of the Boss GT-series boards. It depends on the application. I also have a small PA system, a Bose system and other tools of the trade.
