ABOUT

I have been a full time pro keyboardist for many years. I also have been a published composer, producer, arranger of instrumental television soundtrack music since 1986. The majority of my work in this area centered around Daytime Dramas. I did freelance work for NBC-TV's "Santa Barbara" and ABC-TV's "General Hospital and Out-Of-House Staff work on CBS-TV's "The Guiding Light" and "As The World Turns" and NBC-TV's "Another World. I have played in many types of bands and also perform my own music live as well as a solo act. My live performance originals are in the Smooth Jazz category.
I play very well by ear and have a solid knowledge of music theory and composition. Due to a vision issue that I have had since birth, I do not work in areas where sight reading is required. However, I have performed in many bands starting cold without any rehearsal relying on my own musical instinct and general song information such as key, and general arrangement elements and do very well in those situations.
