I've a bassist who's been playing, writing, and arranging professionally around Michigan for five years. I've played with professionally Rex Smith, Lilias White, John Douglas, Greg Jaspers, and am a co-leader of the band Crime Funk. I've had much musical theatre work having held the bass chair for Western Michigan University's musical theatre department, the Civic Theatre in Kalamazoo, and The Barn Theatre School. As an arranger, I have done horn and rhythm section parts for groups ranging from small jazz quartets to a twelve piece funk ensemble.
