Crucial Mgmt is a multi facet company in the independent music scene. We help artists develop their talent, harvesting their ability to meet goals we outline in a business plan. Every artist is different, so every plan and assessment is different. We help build tours for artists looking to hit the road with their music to maximize your fan base. Starting as a roadie for Heavy D, to working with several artists to help them develop a plan of action. In the next few months we plan to develop a record label and a distribution company. We don't do free work, so if you are an artist looking to get something for nothing, IT WILL NOT HAPPEN. We value our time. If you don't have a budget to work with we can't assist you. It's not all about money; However, what we do takes money to accomplish. We can get you collabs with any Artist in the industry. We can get any celebrity to your event.
