ABOUT

I have been a songwriter since I started playing guitar about 30 years ago. I believe writing songs with guitar and vocals are my strongest skills as a musician.
I have played in about seven different bands, been on just as many worship teams. I led a team of about 14 musicians and vocalists with weekly performances for about 5 years. I have played in many venues: parties, homes, bars, auditoriums, basements, churches, coffee shops, outdoor amphitheaters, and school gyms to name a few.

I write, record, and produce most of my own music. I have two full length albums out, one with my former band "Wayward Son", album title "antiVillain", and a self-titled album called "Faith, Folk, and Fusion". I am currently producing videos for my be channel "Mithic Music".

Influences

My influences are somewhat eclectic ranging from Metallica, The Cure, Enya, U2, Pearl Jam, Skillet, and Live. I also love classic rock bands like The Eagles, Tom Petty, CCR, and Fleetwood Mac. I really enjoy Celtic music and folk, but can jam out to some alternative, classic rock and hardcore metal just as well.

EQUIPMENT

I currently play a Breedlove Acoustic guitar and an electric solid body Les Paul Special through a Peavy Vypyr. I also play bass on an Active Ibanez through a Hartke HA3500 cabinet. I have a home studio with a variety of instruments, P.A., and recording gear.
