ABOUT

I'm a drummer that lost his band. They all work in different states now. So I've spent the last few years teaching myself Guitar, Bass, Keys, Vocals, Lyrics, Theory, Modes, Scales, Recording, Mixing, Mastering. (the_malt_tones at geemail)

I've gotten better, but I'm not a singer, but I do not want to write instrumentals only, so I have to sing (and write lyrics). I've played drums on and off for the last 35 years. I've gotten proficient on Bass and I think it's my new favorite instrument. I also enjoy keyboards for recording, but doubt if I could pull a gig off as a keyboardist.

I'm looking for some "writing/recording" partners. We could do it in person or over the internet. On a scheduled night or just whenever. I run most things on Reaper now, but could probably operate other DAWs.

Lets exchange knowledge and Style Influences. I would not be opposed to playing gigs now and then, but my main motivation is to "Record the Soundtrack of My Life" for now.
