Daddy Cool is a cover band formed in 2012 by 5 mid-aged Korean-American daddies with diverse professions of non-musical. All the members had never learned nor played music professionally until they formed a band. With all efforts and passions to the music, they have learned and practiced to play music for their family, friends and the community. The band supports the community by playing music as volunteers and hold concerts for the fans fascinated with the rocking mid-ages. In 2015 they held a live solo concert at Bergen Performing Arts Center in Englewood, NJ to celebrate ‘Father’s Day’ with 700 ticketed guests. They performed at various community events such as ‘Walk for Mom’, ‘Fort Lee Arts and Music Festival’ and many others. Daddy Cool plays old pops and classic rocks in 70’s~90’s and some Korean old pops as well.
