*Female vocalist looking for classic rock band or acoustic duo. I’ve been singing for 20+ years. I do read music and play some keys ( fill chords, simple leads, etc) but my primary focus has always been vocals.
I’m an alto/ 2nd soprano who is happy singing both lead & backing vocals. Also happy to play shaker, tambourine, etc while singing, especially in an acoustic setting. Basically, I prefer to always be doing something when I’m onstage, not just singing.
Would like to gig 1-2 times a month, as I do have a day job that requires working some weekends. Looking to practice once a week, more if needed due to pending gigs, etc.

lve been told I sound like a Grace Slick/ Chrissie Hynde/ Bonnie Raitt type of vocalist, but I do sing a wide variety of tunes. Rock, blues, & alt stuff such as Dido, Garbage, & Mazzy Star. Open to just about anything that would get me out and gigging again. Last band broke up just 2 months ago, and Im already jonesin’ to gig.
I’m down to earth and easy to get along with.
Looking for like- minded people in the 30-70yr age range. But, like I said, open to just about anything. Just want to play.... thanks for reading!

All the usual classic rock suspects.... but very open to learning new tunes. Like to cover some male songs too, such as the lower pitched Led Zep stuff, Journey, etc. Like harder stuff but also happy doing an acoustic thing, too. Could play wineries, parties, whatever. If they’re payin, I’m playin’ ;-)
