This is a post from WebMeGo that showed my profile when I was with the band, Voice In The Mirror based out of Lansdale, Pa a few years back:
Dwight Sisak"AKA" Animal
"Dwight got his start playing music at the age of 4 on his mother's pots, pans & lids, literally. His mother decided to take him to the local music store & there he got his first set of bongos. He started playing drums at the age of 7, on an old vintage 1940's set of drums that a friend of his had. After that, he was hooked. Having been influenced by the big band music of the 30 & 40's then progressing to all other genre of music while growing up, he incorporated many drum techniques & styles he learned from listening & watching other drummers perform.
Although he is self taught, he has his own style of playing and prides himself in staying in the pocket. He plays with the philosophy that, less is more. He was in a number of bands after he moved to Florida in 1973.
When living Ocala, he got his big break in 1980 when he was asked to play drums for WMOP/WFUZ country radios rolling radio show band, Goldrush. They opened up for acts such as, John Anderson, Sylvia, Johnny Taylor & Johnny Duncan to name a few.
He also had the opportunity to do studio work for WESH TV out of Holly Hill/Daytona Beach, Fl. & local cable access TV 7 in Ocala. His drum playing has been constantly evolving, maturing and getting better with age."
I'm in my mid 60's now and still enjoy playing my kit whenever possible. Although I do miss my acoustic kit, the Yamaha DTX series E drums are very diversified which allows me to have a number of different genres at my disposal. If you looking for a sub drummer for an established, working band, please contact me.

MoonDance.WAVAh, the sound of acoustic drums. I had a blast playing alongside the fellows as this is one of my favorites. My drumming technique shows how dynamics play such an important role in bringing a song alive.

Thrill Is Gone WAV.WAV
Thrill Is Gone WAV.WAVThis was recorded on a Wednesday night when we all got together for a jam session. Although I am now playing Yamaha DTX series E drums, I had the opportunity to play a much loved acoustic kit.
