ABOUT

I am interested in cultivating different musical connections, and particularly looking for gigging work. I have the most experience performing as a bass player and singer, but have spent most of my musical career as a songwriter and guitar player. I am working hard on my drumming at the moment as well.

Influences

I started out being a metal and rock musician, then my tastes evolved to classic and especially progressive rock. Later I started listening to a lot more modern music of many styles, and continue to expand my tastes. R&B and Soul music are probably my all time favorite styles of music. Funk, Reggae & Dub are big influences as well. I am also a big world music fan, and have spent some time studying tabla, and have a special place for Latin and African rhythmic sensibility.
