Hello all,
I am a new musician to the medford/southern oregon area and I am looking for gigs and a band! I have been classically trained on congas, bongo, shekere, djembe, and many various hand percussion instruments. I am a very open minded musician looking for creative minds to share in the amazing experience of music! I have played with local bay area musicians such as: Pete Escobedo, Sheila E, Mark Levine, Wayne Wallace, and many up and coming young musicians. I have played with numerous all star bands in the bay as well including the San Jose Latin All Stars, the San Fransisco All Star Latin Ensemble, and the San Jose Jazz Ensemble. I have also worked as an instructor at various Summer camps for music including Stanford summer jazz camp and San Jose Summer Jazz Camp. I also played in several festivals throughout my high school career. I am a huge fan of drum circles, reggae festivals, and most of all... Jamming!
