ABOUT
Born in Vicksburg, MS, I began my musical journey as a toddler beating on pots and pans while my older brothers sang in harmony and played their guitars. My Dad tried to encourage me to learn guitar, but it was obvious where my heart was, so he bought my first drum set when I was 5 years old. By the age of 7, I began performing private parties and festivals with my brothers as "Mississippi Gold Rush". I know it's a stupid band name, but I can't change the facts.... As a teenager I joined other musicians my age, formed bands, and ventured into the Rock & Roll scene of the 80’s & 90’s. In 1992 I was noticed by National Entertainment Agencies and began touring the U.S. with various acts. Though I enjoyed the experience, I missed performing with my Bothers. So by 1996 I partnered with my 3 Brothers and the “McAllister Brothers” began touring the National Circuit. The McAllister Brothers continued to gain success within the circuit throughout the years. However, by 2000 I had a 4 year old Son that I missed dearly, so I decided to stop touring to raise my Son. From that point on, I joined or formed bands to perform locally while maintaining a daytime career. In 2016 I relocated from Mississippi to the Dallas/ Fort Worth area and have been active in the music scene. Currently I'm a member of the "Son's of Bocephus", Headlining local, regional, and National Concerts. If you would like to connect, please contact me at: 469-562-1149
