ABOUT

The music above is unpolished, is poorly recorded, and needed alot more time to practice. I'm also not playing keys on any of them, my primary instrument. I wrote all of the music. Check out my videos.

I am a 22-year-old college kid who is currently not attending college but hopefully will be in the fall. However my main goal of attending college is to find connections and people to play music with, which I may be able to do from this website. I am a songwriter/keyboardist/singer who is also a multi-instrumentalist and plays the alto saxophone rather well, and am proficient on bass guitar, accoustic, and electric. I am learning to play the drums that proficiently, and have some degree of experience on it if necessary to fill in for it.

I feel I am a pretty good songwriter, and I am looking for some musicians who are committed to playing music, and would potentially be willing to pursue music as a career. However, I would at least expect to be in a band which at least wants to play shows, even if locally, and at least have a decent level of commitment. Currently my only job is playing piano and singing for a small church traditional service Sunday mornings. This way I can focus all of my time on music and writing, and prep for college. I am seriously looking for a group of talented musicians to play with who are dedicated. Please let me know if you're interested, or if you need another band member for any of the things I've described above, especially for keyboards/singer/writer. Thanks.

My interest in genre is pretty broad, I would be interested in all sorts of music or bands. My primary interest is to do my own music, and do sort of a piano sound which is kind of pop/rock, with bits of progressive rock, blues, jazz, heavy metal, or singer/songwriter feel, it varies a lot, see my influences. I sometimes explore Christian themes, but am not usually overtly Christian or preachy with my music.
I would also love to be in a heavy metal band, a screamo/metal-core band, or perhaps most of all, a prog band if anyone wants a keyboard for that. I have a polyrhythm itch that needs to be scratched.

EQUIPMENT

I have my room here in Woodstock set up as a practice room and starting recording studio if we need a place to practice.

RD700GX Roland stage piano/keyboard (very nice keyboard), a Roland KC-550 amp (really nice), 8 port lexicon audio interface, various recording microphones, cheap but functional drum set, small Peavey bass amp, a cheap keyboard/bass amp, Ibanez bass guitar, SM58 and 57 vocal microphone with chords and stand, plenty of quarter cables, handheld digital recorder for practices, alto-saxophone, two trombones, glockenspiel, recorder, and tin whistle in E-flat (which I can play XD). This list keeps updating, ask if you're curious.
