I have been involved with music my entire life. Recently moved to this area. I was educated at LSU, with a degree in Music History and Literature. I served with the US Marine band during the 70's, worked as a studio musician in the 80's doing percussion sets for rock bands, Show tunes, collegiate marching charts. Worked as a professional performer with a Country/Southern Rock group in Baltimore for 18 years. I also performed with several community Bands and Orchestras during the 90's, as well as with several big bands and small jazz combo work.

Buddy Rich, Louie Belson, rock groups during the 60's and 70's. Jay Bocook of Sun Coast Sound, Stan Kenton, Mozart and Beethoven, Vic Firth. Historical references are the Baroque Period, Modern Big Bands of the 30's and 40's. Carlos Santana.
