I'm a professional drummer origionally from NYC moved up here in 2004 ..got away from music early 2000's due to health issues but made it all the way back.. I mostly track remotely from my home studio. I also have income with real estate and teaching. Not looking to be a road warrior. I have a young child so not looking for extensive touring...Unless Eric Clapton comes calling...lol...but I would be ok with day trips for east coast or short stint gigs. I am currently available for session work or local gigs...I would be open to joining a band. Will also gladly cover or fill in- on an as needed basis. What I would really be interested in is working with a busy wedding band. Or, if there are any busy working bands of any style.

Im really only looking for working situations. Also, if you are a drummer I can help you grow from beginner to advanced.

As for performing or recording I learn material very quickly and do not require endless rehearsals. I have no problem ghosting for drummers with bands at any stage demo to LP and I can turn material around extreamley quickly.

I have a huge mic locker and can borrow or rent anything I don't have that you have in mind. I currently use AKG 414's, 214's, MD 421's, sm57's , Warm 47's, Audix D6, i7, D2's, Shure beta 52, 81, Fostex MC 10's as well as Nuemann 103, and U87 for special projects...all running thru Neve, API 3124 and Chameleon LAB 7622 mic pres, RME UFX and Digidesign 192/96 Interfaces. I track in Pro Tools, 12, 10, Logic Pro X, Reaper and program in Ableton Live depending on the project and are adapt at importing/exporting audio from all digital audio programs.

For out of studio location live recording I use Audient evo 16 ,Air X 18, or Tascam 24 straight to DAW

I have a dozen kits from Yamaha RC's to 1960 Gretsch round badge bop's to Pearl Masters to Tama Starclassics All from maple to birch to mahagony.I have over 30 snares and 100 plus cymbals to get the perfect sound for your project.

I am not very familiar with the music scene here yet. But I'm happy to track at your favorite recording studio, if that is preferred.

I studied with a lot of monster drummers, Kenwood Dennard, Tom Morello (not the guitarist), Will Calhoun, Anton Fig..Shared rehearsal space in the music building in the 80s and 90's...Played with a lot, lot, lot of people...

I have performed w Gordon Gaines (for those who remember)...Steve Morse when he was in NY, Vernon Reid, G.E. Smith, Maceo Parker, ..just to give an idea of styles..

The music posted here is all live, one take, no editing. In fact, no click track and sometimes very poorly monitored, I could barely hear anything, lol..This was all recorded to backing tracks as I was setting up my room..testing mic's and setups ect...Very casual playing here but I just wanted to post something quick.
