Hello, I am a percussionist and an electronic musician. I have a minor in electronic music from UC Santa Cruz, and I am currently working for Beats By Dre as a Software QA Engineer.
At beats, I get paid to perform electric and acoustic measurements on Headphones and speakers. I also write code to automate these tasks.
As an electronic musician, I have made experimental/noise music, music for film, I have played synth for an indie rock band, and I enjoy dj'ing on my iPhone. I have been doing these things for 10 years. I am also versed in recording musicians, mixing, and mastering with Logic Pro.
I also enjoy playing world percussion instruments. I am versed in playing music by Santana, and in Gamelan drumming. I enjoy playing metal on a darbuka, and I also played percussion for the indie band.
Last, I am a singer. I sang in 3 high school musicals, and I have taken singing classes as a baritone.

Beginning Of First Meditation Track
Beginning Of First Meditation TrackThis is the beginning of a meditation track.
Pineapple ChnuksThis was made back when I was really into Mike Patton and Einsturzende Neubauten. I performed this live with some chaotic oscillators and other mathematical madness in puredata. I also used an empty pineapple juice can with a piezo on it, and a MIDI controller.
I Long To Reach For You In The Night
I Long To Reach For You In The NightI built a Max Patch that made Bob Dylan sound like an alien. Then I applied vari-speed to this song, and it made him sound like a pedophile. So, I decided to name the song "I Long To Reach For You In The Night."
Song 2 - The Machines
Song 2 - The MachinesI was heavily inspired by Einsturzende Neubauten when I wrote this. I took recordings of pencil sharpeners, ocarinas, forks oscillating between fan blades, and analog audio effects. Enjoy!
The Otolaryngology Lab (mastered)
The Otolaryngology Lab (mastered)I had the idea of making a track with spit sounds, and then I decided to add sniffs, pops, and breathing. Before I knew it, I had the otolaryngology lab.
The Humpback Song
The Humpback SongI took a recording of a BBC Humpback Whale documentary, and I distorted it and made it sound weird with a Max patch that I made. I felt like I was swimming with the whale.
Hammers & Machines (mastered)
Hammers & Machines (mastered)I created this song by using noise maker sounds and mallets in Logic.
