Existing 3 member group (2 lead/rhythm guitarists, drummer, lead and harmony vocals) playing for fun is looking for an intermediate level+ bass player and keyboardist. We are in our mid 50's to early 60's, seeking someone of similar age, but could be younger. We play a wide variety of music from 50's to classic & contemporary country and rock, so must have an appreciation for this type of music and a willingness to play an eclectic variety. Looking for a laid back person, a good communicator (including being responsive to texts and emails), who gets along with everyone, and has experience playing with others. Someone who has time to practice on own, and get together twice a month for 2-3 hours at a time on weekends mostly. The following is NOT a must, but would be a BONUS: owns some P.A. equipment, has a place to practice as a group on a rotation, can sing backing, lead, or harmony vocals, good with Word and could chart songs on occasion, and plays other instruments. The main goal is to share the love of music in a relaxed atmosphere, improve abilities and musicality, but could also lead to playing out occasionally.
