ABOUT

Looking to start or get in with a cover band. I haven’t gigged on drum set in quite a few years but I do have performance experience. I learn songs by listening and playing to the records so I try to be as close to the song as possible with added flexibility. I want to be a group that people will want to come out and watch and have a good time. I’m not currently interested in record deals or touring. I have a FT job Monday through Friday which I enjoy. This would be a way to unwind and have fun on the evenings and weekends. I’m looking for like minded people who’re committed to putting out good music and having some fun. Since this site doesn’t allow me to pick more than 4 genres I’ll add them all here: rock, classic rock, southern rock, country (90s-today), 90s pretty much anything, pop, alternative, blues, and some punk. I also don’t play metal. I play mostly single bass pedal and have the time nor the interest in what it takes to learn speed technique with a double kick pedal.

Music influences: Foo Fighters, John Mayer, Dave Matthew’s Band, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rush, Stone Temple Pilots, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, The Eagles, and Journey to name more than a few. There’s plenty of others but I think this will paint the picture.
