Older rocker who served in several bands in Miami during the 60's. Back then, I played three nights a week for almost three years. Went to college instead of going on tour with the band, opening for Iron Butterfly (yes, really!). Played rhythm guitar & sang lead & backup. I have minor bass & lead guitar skills, and can maintain a few basic beats on a drum kit. I really enjoy playing with a band & for an audience. Ideally, I'd like to get into a classic rock or new country cover band that would play publicly. Recently worked as a lead singer for Mean Jo Mac, a classic rock cover band in Gainesville, who headlined at the Alachua County Fair. My dream gig would be a Huey Lewis tribute band! Worked in an acoustic duo (Martin & Breslin - see be & ) for twelve years, playing clubs, restaurants & benefits, booked at many venues, from Cedar Key to Deland to Tallahassee, even Atlanta and Austin, TX!
